The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress.
  • Ukraine - Transportation and Consolidation Services DSCA 05 Aug 2025 -- The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Government of Ukraine of Transportation and Consolidation Services and related equipment for an estimated cost of $99.5 million. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress.

  • NATO Allies Denmark, Norway and Sweden announce $500m package of support for Ukraine NATO 05 Aug 2025 -- On Tuesday (5 August 2025) Denmark, Norway and Sweden confirmed that they would fund a $500m package of equipment and munitions for Ukraine sourced from the United States under the new NATO Prioritised Ukraine Requirements List (PURL) initiative. NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte commended the Allies for their fast action and steadfast support for Ukraine.

  • US Arms Deal With NATO Still Leaves Ukraine In Limbo RFE/RL 05 Aug 2025 -- Earlier in July, an agreement was reached for European NATO allies to purchase American weapons, including Patriot missiles, for Ukraine. While Germany recently announced that two Patriots would head to Kyiv shortly, questions remain if this deal really will give Ukraine what it needs in the months ahead.
