- France reassures its confidence in CN-235 aircraft of EADS CASA by signing a new contract EADS 15 Jan 2002 -- The French MOD and EADS CASA have signed a new contract for the acquisition of two CASA CN-235 aircraft with an option for another three. The two aircraft will be delivered in the second half of 2002 and the additional three could be with the customer in the second half of 2003.
