Put on display were more than 1,000 potted Kimjongilias in full bloom cultivated by people's security men and servicemen of the Korean people's security forces with deep reverence for Supreme Commander Kim Jong Il.

  • "Multilateral talks" rejected KCNA 10 Feb 2003 -- Senior statesmen of the United States flew to South Korea and countries around the Korean Peninsula and to different parts of the world to convince them of the usefulness of what they call "multilateral talks," claiming that the nuclear activities of the DPRK pose international menace, says Rodong Sinmun today in a commentary.
  • European trade unions support Korean people's cause KCNA 09 Feb 2003 -- meeting of trade unions in the European region held in Athens on Jan. 23 and 24 adopted an appeal in support of the Korean people's just cause. Referring to the fact that U.S. stopped the supply of heavy oil to the DPRK and is working hard to internationalize its "nuclear issue" in a bid to stifle it, the appeal dismissed this as the revelation of a sinister intention to invent a pretext for invading the DPRK and at the same time continue its imperialistic interference in the affairs of Korea.
