Project 30bis 'Skoryy' - Program

Creating destroyers of Pr. 30-bis for the Soviet navy was an extraordinary effort, not previously encountered. Firstly, it involved the construction of the largest in number of units in a series of major surface ships in the history of the Russian Navy and Shipbuilding. A total of 68 units of EM pr. 30bis were built and commissioned in the Navy.

The last 3 of the ship joined the Navy in 1949 - "Model", "brave" and "gifted" - were built as Leningrad. After passing the "destroyers pr. 30, the first series of" (ie, pr. 30-A), these plants started large-scale construction of welded "tridtsatok bis". Their construction was carried out in the years 1948-1953 .

Several EM modernization projects such as "Bold" were developed since 1957 by CDB designer of the ship. Modernization of destroyers, project 30 bis in order to refit the latter in the ships electronic intelligence. In particular, in that year, after the receipt of the Navy one of these tactical and technical tasks that the project design office 31 was developed. At the same time on the new destroyers - 31 Pr. - were assigned the tasks previously not peculiar to the usual - "classic torpedo-gun ships-destroyers": implementation of the antiboat defense compounds in the sea.

After the completion of the EM pr. 30-bis of the ships passed modernization, during which a number of separate samples of combat and technical equipment was replaced with more modern or it has been completely removed from the ship.
