Yak Serial Production

In its lifetime the Yakovlev Design Bureau produced 200 types and modifications of different aircraft including more than 100 that entered serial production. Beginning from 1932 Yakovlev's aircraft are in continuous serial production and operation. In 70 years of activity there were produced 70 000 Yak aircraft - the greatest number among other Russian aircraft developers. Over 40,000 aircraft "Yak" were delivered to the front during the World War II.
