Ramzan Kadyrov - Assasination Attempts
Several assassination attempts have been organized on Ramzan Kadyrov.
On May 12, 2000 on the federal highway "Kavkaz" next to his jeep bomb exploded. Kadyrov had a light concussion.
September 30, 2002 unknown persons fired at the car in the village of Ramzan Kadyrov's Gudermes district of Chechnya Novogroznensky. He was wounded by one of his subordinates.
On July 27, 2003 in the village of Tsotsan-Yurt, Kurchaloy district guards prevented the bomber blew Kadyrov. Killed performer terrorist attack and a local resident.
On the night of May 1, 2004 a detachment of separatists attacked Kadyrov's ancestral village Tsentaroy. According subordinates of Ramzan Kadyrov, the goal of the attackers was his kidnapping or murder. The onslaught was repulsed by the militants.
On July 28, 2008 the media reported that in the village of Khosi-Yurt (Tsentaroy) in Chechnya, made an unsuccessful attempt on Ramzan Kadyrov. According to some sources, Kadyrov tried to shoot a pistol newly recruited security officer. According to other sources, a car bomb car was supposed to target Kadyrov. This Ramzan Kadyrov himself has denied information about the committed attempt on his life, saying that they are spreading "Wahhabis or provocateurs."
October 23, 2009 in Grozny, there was reportedly prevented attempted murder of Ramzan Kadyrov and his advisor Adam Delimkhanov.
September 24, 2014 media spread a message that one of the field commanders operating in Syria and Iraq, the jihadist organization "Islamic State" (LIH) Abu Umar al-Shishani (Tarhan Abu Omar al-Shishani) announced a reward for the elimination of Ramzan Kadyrov and his entourage. The message contained a list of 12 people from the leadership of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov's close, indicating rates for the head of each. During the massacre by Kadyrov promised 5 million dollars.
November 13, 2014, Ramzan Kadyrov announced the death of Omar al Shishani: "The enemy of Islam Tarhan Batarishvili who called himself Omar al Shishani killed. So it will be with anyone who would think to threaten Russia and the Chechen people." The message was attached a photo of a murdered man, similar to Abu Omar al-Shishani Tarhan.
