Army Aviation Brigade (Brigada de Aviacion del Ejercito)

The Army Aviation Brigade plays an important role in combating the guerilla groups operating within the country. The brigade has reorganized its helicopter battalion into one command-and-control company, four air-attack companies, one medium-sized helicopter company, one reconnaissance squadron and a search-and-rescue (SAR) company.
