CL 40 BROOKLYN 3/12/1935 11/30/1936 9/30/1937 Sold to Chile, 9 Jan 1951; renamed O'HIGGINS. Damaged by grounding 12 Aug 1975. Used as barracks ship. Refitted 1977-78 and recommissioned. Decommissioned 14 Jan 1992. Sunk while under tow to India for scrapping, 3 Nov 1992.
CL 41 PHILADELPHIA 5/28/1935 11/17/1936 1/9/1951 Sold to Brazilian Navy Jan 1951; renamed BARROSO (C-11). Decommissioned in 1973 and was scrapped in 1974.
CL 42 SAVANNAH 5/31/1934 5/8/1937 3/10/1938 Sold for scrap, Jan 1966
CL 43 NASHVILLE 1/24/1935 10/2/1937 6/6/1938 Sold to Chile 9 January 1951 to serve in the Chilean Navy as CAPITAN PRAT (03). Renamed CHACABUCO in 1982. Decommissioned in 1984 and scrapped in Taiwan in 1985.
CL 46 PHOENIX 4/15/1935 3/13/1938 10/3/1938 Transferred to Argentina, 9 April 1951. Initially named DIECISIETE DE OCTUBRE (C-4), renamed GENERAL BELGRANO in 1956 after coup which she participated in. She was sunk by British submarine CONQUERUR (S.48) during the Falklands Conflict with the loss of 321 men of the Argentinian Navy.
CL 47 BOISE 4/1/1935 12/3/1936 8/12/1938 Sold to Argentina 11 January 1951; renamed 9 DE JULIO. Participated in coup, Sep 1955. Decommissioned in 1979. Scrapped in 1983 at Brownsville TX.
CL 48 HONOLULU 12/9/1935 8/26/1937 6/15/1938 Sold for scrap, 17 Nov 1959. Scrapped at Baltimore.
