CACI Awarded Estimated $50 Million Subcontract to Support Army Communications-Electronics Command Logistics Readiness Center CACI 21 Mar 2000 -- CACI International Inc (NASDAQ: CACI) announced that it has been awarded a five-year task order subcontract by Blackhawk Management Corporation of Houston, Texas, as part of that company's prime contract award to support the U.S. Army Communications-Electronic Command Logistics Readiness Center (CECOM LRC) in Ft Monmouth, New Jersey.
