766th Transportation Battalion (Motor)
The 766th Transportation Battalion (Motor) provides command, control, and supervision of units engaged in all types of motor transport operations and cargo transfer company. On order, Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, 766th Transportation Battalion (MT), mobilizes, deploys by air and sea to Area of Operations. Assume command and control of assigned and/or attached units. Provide line haul support within the COMMZ. On order, provide transportation support to U.S. forces above their capability.
