11th Bn (CAS3), 104th Division
The mission of the 11th BN (CAS3) is to provide TRADOC and CGSC approved CAS3 Phase 2A and 2B instruction in TASS Region G. The region includes Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Utah, Arizona, Colorado, Wyoming, North Dakata and South Dakota. Instruction is designed for Captains in the ARNG, USAR and AC.
6228th USARF School in Boise, Idaho was inactivated and partially reorganized as the 11th BN (CAS3) with LTC John Swanson commanding. The unit's senior NCO was SGM Baroli. During their first training year the BN conducted 23 classes and trained approximately 280 officers. The BN was accredited in TY98.
