As of mid-2017, with six Su-57s scheduled for delivery to the Aerospace Forces by 2018, mass production was to begin shortly afterwards.

Russia’s first fifth-generation Sukhoi Su-57 fighter jet, known during its development as PAK FA and T-50, performed its maiden flight with a new engine, designed specifically for the cutting-edge military plane.
