Xiangyanghong 08 / Xiangyanghong 52
The “Xiangyanghong 52” marine buoy operation vessel of the Beihai Branch of the Ministry of Natural Resources was first launched in Qingdao to carry out the task of buoy operation in the Beihai Forecast Center. "Xiangyanghong 52 Ship" formerly known as China Marine Police 1122 ship, is a buoy operation ship attached to the Beihai Branch of the Ministry of Natural Resources (the National Oceanic Administration Bureau), and is the only ship of the Bureau with marine monitoring, multi-purpose vessels for investigation and buoy operation functions.
The ship, formerly known as the Xiangyanghong 08 ship built in 1975, is an outstanding marine survey ship. In 1998, the buoy ship was rebuilt and renamed the "China Haijian 22" ship. In 2013, the reform of the National Marine Law Enforcement Agency was renamed the China Marine Police 1122. With the continuous deepening of the reform of the party and state institutions, it officially changed its name to Xiangyanghong 52 ship in September 2018 and returned to the marine scientific research investigation fleet.
After more than 40 years of investment, the ship was seriously aging. In order to better carry forward the spirit and glory of "Xiangyanghong", fulfill the mission of national disaster prevention and mitigation tasks, and meet the increasingly heavy demand for the management and maintenance of the ocean buoys in the Yellow Sea, the Beihai Branch of the State Oceanic Administration launched a comprehensive maintenance and renovation project for the ship. On November 8, 2016 and July 24, 2017, Beihai Branch and the company signed the first and second contracts for the repair and reconstruction of Xiangyanghong 52. On December 17, 2016, a design contract was signed with the 701 Shanghai branch. On August 10, 2017, the new ship was started. On November 16, 2017, the original ship arrived at the factory. On December 22, 2017, the new ship was on the slipway; it was launched on May 29, 2018; the navigation test was completed on September 4-7, 2018.
The ship has a total tonnage of 1,450 tons. The original design task was to carry out surveys of meteorological observations, hydrology, gravity fields, sound fields, geology, etc. in the outer seas of China's East China Sea, Yellow Sea and South China Sea, and also to be the deployment of buoy observation stations. The ship completed the reconstruction of the buoy ship in 1988, and now mainly undertakes the layout, recovery, maintenance and repair of the Huangbuhai buoy, taking into account the cross-sectional investigation and marine law enforcement tasks. In addition to the recycling, maintenance and maintenance of marine buoys, the "Xiangyanghong 52" ship is also equipped with advanced laboratories, which can take into account the marine survey functions of conventional chemical project analysis experiments, acoustic Doppler flow profiler navigation and sea current measurement. After the maiden voyage, the application tasks of the two flight segments will be intensively implemented in the near future, including one buoy deployment, one buoy recovery, eight buoy maintenance and maintenance, and Huangpihai water quality monitoring.
It is reported that the "Xiangyanghong 52" ship rebuilt the hull, and has carried out the addition of side thrust, redesigned and installed gear box fixed pitch propeller, increased power station capacity, maintenance and replacement of old equipment, etc. engineering. After maintenance and renovation, the economy, safety, maneuverability and comfort of the "Xiangyanghong 52" ship have been greatly improved, and various performances such as stability and wind and wave resistance have met the design requirements. After the reorganization, it will mainly undertake the deployment, recovery, maintenance and maintenance of the Huanghuahai buoy, and perform tasks such as cross-sectional investigation and marine law enforcement. The ship is equipped with tail buoy operation device, tamper control room, rotary vane electro-hydraulic steering gear, hydraulic jib crane, laboratory and other special equipment.
On 28 September 2018, at the No. 4 Pier of Changzhou Plant of Huangpu Wenchong Ship Co., Ltd., the repair and reconstruction of the "Xiangyanghong 52" ship was completed, and a signing ceremony was held, which was successfully delivered to the Beihai Branch of the State Oceanic Administration.
