726th Research Institute is affiliated to China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation. Among them, dozens of ultrasonic series products such as ultrasonic plastic welding machine, ultrasonic metal welding machine (high conductive metal), ultrasonic cleaning machine, ultrasonic sealing machine, zipper glue applicator, etc. are developed and applied to semi-automatic and fully automatic in different industries. In 2019 China Marine Information Electronics Company Limited completed the Phase III reorganization and resumption of trading, incorporating the underwater acoustic system of the CSIC No.715 Research Institute and the CSIC No.726 Research Institute, and the assets and business of the fire control system of the CSIC No.716 Research Institute, creating a new model of asset securitization in defense research institutes. The CSIC No.715 Research Institute and Haisheng Technology Co., Ltd. under CSIC, as well as the CSIC No.726 Research Institute and Shenyang Liaohai Equipment Co., Ltd., completed reorganization and integration to build an underwater acoustic system featuring industry-research integration and full capacity of detection and countermeasures.
