- BAE Systems to Provide EA-6B Countermeasures Systems BAE Systems 02 May 2006 -- The U.S. Navy has contracted with BAE Systems to produce additional low-band transmitter-antenna groups for the Navy's EA-6B Prowler electronic countermeasures aircraft. Under the $24.3 million contract with the Naval Air Systems Command, the company will provide 13 transmitter-antenna groups, each consisting of a radar and communications jammer.
- BAE Systems to Provide Information Technology Services for U.S.-based Operations BAE Systems 02 May 2006 -- BAE Systems will support U.S.-based requirements for networks and information assurance services to approximately 30,000 of its employees through its IT services unit, BAE Systems Information Technology, effective May 1.
