This is an unclassified version of the FY 1997 Annual Report of the Director, Operational Test and Evaluation. In addition to this version, a classified annex is being submitted to the Secretary of Defense and the House and Senate Defense Committees pursuant to the provisions of Section 139, Title 10, U.S. Code.
This unclassified version has been published in response to Section 3013 of the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act of 1994.
