Systems Management Center
The CECOM Deputy for Systems Acquisition (DSA), who also serves as the Director, CECOM Systems Management Center is responsible for planning and managing the integration, coordination, and execution of all functions, operations and activities involved in accomplishing the CECOM project management and systems acquisition missions. The SMC provides for innovative, intensive, central management of the acquisition and implementation; systems and detailed engineering; integrated logistics; and fielding and testing of assigned DOD/Army tactical, strategic, and sustaining base Information Technology/C4IEWS systems and equipment.
