8th Brigade, 98th Division (Institutional Training)
Support Active Component ROTC Battalions in 1st Region, US Army Cadet Command, with personnel and training. It plays a key role in turning college students into officers and leaders. To be successful in its mission, it must recruit, train, sustain and retain the instructors located in four divergent locations in the northeast. Every soldier in the Brigade must be prepared to mobilize, be physically fit, and professionally competent to accomplish his or her mission to Army and university standards.
