8th Brigade, 80th Division (Institutional Training)
The 80th Division (Institutional Training) seeks qualified officers and noncommissioned officers to train tomorrow's Army officers by becoming ROTC Instructors. With deployments up and strength down, Reserve officers and noncommissioned officers are needed to assist full-time faculty now serving in ROTC instructor assignments. By teaching ROTC you would become an adjunct faculty member. Instructors perform drills by teaching military science classes on college campuses during the regular school day. Instructors of military science serve as mentor for tomorrow's leaders, helping them prepare to lead future soldiers.
