648th Area Support Group
The 648th Area Support Group (formerly the 1st Brigade of the 89th RSC), headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, has command and control responsibility for non-medical USAR units centered primarily around the St. Louis area, with one detachment at Ft. Riley, Kansas.
