Installation Related Construction (IRC) projects staff members planned a busy peak annual training schedule that brought a number of upgrades to Fort McCoy. Among the projects were installing a two-mile east-west road, constructing several buildings, and conducting building rehabilitation projects. Personnel from C Company of the 863rd Engineer Battalion of Rockland, Ill., began disassembling the Parade Review Stand at Parade Field No. 1. The disassembly was completed March 16-18, 2001, by the 389th Engineer Battalion.
