5th Brigade, 108th Division (Health Services)

The 5th Brigade's mission is to support IDT and AT phases for the medical density MOS and NCOES courses as accredited by TRADOC and aligned with the Academy of Health and Sciences. The headquarters of the 5th BDE (HS) is located in Jacksonville, Florida. Dispersed training cells throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida allow the unit to effectively carry out its mission.
