Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha: "I had a meaningful call with our allies from Germany Johann Wadephul, the UK Yvette Cooper, France Jean-Noël Barrot, Finland Elina Valtonen, Italy Antonio Tajani, and Poland Radosław Sikorski. I updated our European partners on the latest developments in peace efforts, the outcomes of yesterday's result-oriented and productive talks in Geneva, as well as Europe's important role. We shared perspectives and coordinated positions ahead of the next steps. I am grateful to our allies for their confirmation of their continued unwavering support for Ukraine and President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. Ukraine appreciates the United States' and President Donald Trump's peace efforts and remains committed to constructive and active work to put an end to the war. I stressed the critical importance of maintaining transatlantic unity to secure a lasting and just peace for Ukraine and the entire Europe. We also agreed on the need to maintain pressure on Russia, including through new sanctions and the decision to enable the full of use of immobilised Russian assets, which is needed until the end of the year. We share the view that the main objective of the peace process is a just and lasting peace with respect to Ukraine's sovereignty and security. We agreed to stay in close coordination to achieve this goal. I also encouraged our partners to consider high-level visits to Ukraine to demonstrate their solidarity and support for our people."
