Co-op between countries should contribute to regional peace, Chinese FM responds to reported Ukraine-Philippines defense MoU

When asked about China's view on the news that Ukrainian ambassador to the Philippines said the two sides are advancing the work on a memorandum of understanding in the defense field and will next start joint production of drones in the Philippines, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lin Jian said on Monday that China has always maintained that cooperation between countries should contribute to promoting regional peace and stability.
