
Andrii Sybiha held a meeting with Paweł Kowal on the development of Ukrainian-Polish cooperation

On July 29, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha held a meeting with Paweł Kowal, the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland and Chairman of the Council for Cooperation with Ukraine.
The parties discussed the rebuilding and recovery of Ukraine, as well as the active involvement of Polish business in investment projects in our country.
The Minister expressed gratitude to the Polish side for participating in Ukraine Recovery Conference held in Rome.
Both sides agreed to prepare concrete proposals and documents for further cooperation in this area.
The parties paid special attention to continuing constructive historical dialogue. In this context, they noted the positive results of the Joint Working Group's activities, emphasized the importance of the appropriate honouring of historical monuments, highlighted progress in obtaining the necessary permits, and discussed the continuation of search and exhumation work on both sides of the border.
The Minister expressed gratitude to Poland for its leadership in supporting Ukraine from the very beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion and confirmed the readiness to continue close cooperation towards a common future within the EU and NATO.
