Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha: "First meeting with Romania's new Foreign Minister. Congratulated Oana Toiu on her appointment and invited her to visit Ukraine.
We agreed to strengthen strategic cooperation to enhance security and prosperity for both of our nations and the wider Black Sea region.
We will also develop the Ukraine-Moldova-Romania format, including to jointly counter Russia's hybrid threats."
