In Kharkiv, the Security Service of Ukraine has apprehended another agent of russian military intelligence ('the GRU'). The perpetrator adjusted the aggressor's missile and bomb attacks on the city and wished for the occupation of the region.

The enemy accomplice is a 46-year-old local unemployed woman. She came to the GRU's attention when she called on Telegram channels to storm and capture Kharkiv.

After recruitment, the handler sent her a list of locations, instructing her to check if those were bases of the Defense Forces.

To do this, the agent passed near the specified sites and surveilled their outer perimeters.

If she spotted Ukrainian defenders, she photographed the potential 'target' with a reference to the location and marked its coordinates on Google Maps.

The SSU documented the perpetrator's sabotage activities and detained her.

Simultaneously, action was taken to protect the locations of the Defense Forces.

Computer equipment and a mobile phone with evidence of the agent's work for russia were seized during searches.

SSU investigators notified the detainee of suspicion under Article 111.2 of the CCU (high treason, committed under martial law).

The suspect is in custody without bail and faces life imprisonment with confiscation of property.

The operation was carried out by the SSU Office in Kharkiv region under the procedural supervision of the regional Prosecutor's Office.
