Statement by Russian Defence Ministry

In violation of the Russian-American agreements to cease strikes at energy facilities for 30 days from 18 March 2025, the Kiev regime continues its daily unilateral attacks against the Russian energy infrastructure.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces have attacked Russian energy facilities twice.
In Belgorod region:
- On 11 April, at 19:02, as a result of the deliberate AFU shelling on the Nechaevka power facility (Rosseti Centre's branch - Belgorodenergo), wires were damaged and a 10kV high-voltage line was powered off. More than 600 household consumers were left without power in the Shebekinsky District.
- On 12 April, at 10:16, as a result of the AFU shelling on the Krasnaya Yaruga power facility (Rosseti Tsentr's branch-Belgorodenergo), and a breakage of overhead cables, household consumers were left without power in Stepnoye.
