Statement by Russian Defence Ministry

On 23 February at around 11.15 p.m., the Russian Armed Forces have foiled another attempt by the Kiev regime to carry out a terrorist attack by a fixed-wing UAV against facilities on the territory of the Russian Federation. One Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle was shot down over Tula region by alerted air defence systems.
