"Neither terror barons nor those who hold the reins of these traitors can stop us from our path"

Speaking at the opening ceremony of Sabiha Gökçen Airport's 2nd runway, President Erdoğan said: "We will allow neither the terror barons in Qandil and Syria nor those who hold the reins of these traitors to stop us from our path. I would like to reiterate a reality here; the old Türkiye, where the politics in the country was shaped through terror, is no more."

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan delivered a speech at the opening ceremony of Sabiha Gökçen Airport's 2nd runway.

"From putschists to vandals, from terrorists to fifth columnists, we have frustrated the ambitions of those who attacked the glorious will of the nation. We will do the same in the critical period we are in. We will never take our eyes off our targets, not even for a moment. We will allow neither the terror barons in Qandil and Syria nor those who hold the reins of these traitors to stop us from our path," President Erdoğan underscored.

"THE OLD TÜRKİYE, WHERE THE POLITICS IN THE COUNTRY WAS SHAPED THROUGH TERROR, IS NO MORE"

"I would like to reiterate a reality here; the old Türkiye, where the politics in the country was shaped through terror, is no more. The shelf life of the plans to divide our nation through terrorist attacks has expired," President Erdoğan said. "We will never allow the brotherhood of our 85 million people, including Turks, Kurds, Arabs, Alevis and Sunnis, to be attacked and discord to be sown among the nation."

"Whoever attacks our unity, peace and solidarity by using the actions of treacherous people as a shield, is serving the objectives of terrorism. We expect especially our youth to be very careful in this regard, and never give credence to provocateurs who aim to deceive by pretending to be righteous," President Erdoğan said.

Warning those who think they can intimidate Türkiye through terror, President Erdoğan said: "In the last 21 years, you tried everything, you resorted to every means, but you could not raise a barrier before our honorable journey. Inshallah, you will not be able to prevent the construction of the Century of Türkiye. You have been frustrated many times in the last 21 years. Inshallah, you will lose again. You will not be able to avoid being disgraced and humiliated once again. We know your games. We know your ambitions. We know very well who you are. Never forget this: As long as we live, as long as we breathe, as long as we have the support of our beloved nation, we will continue to fight you."

"I REMEMBER WITH GRACE OUR HEROIC SOLDIERS"

Wishing Allah's mercy on the martyrs and extending his condolences to their families, President Erdoğan said: "We will never leave the field to those who walk with terror, those who use terror as a tool, those who act as a servant to separatists in order to get a few votes. We are determined to reveal the true colors of the political chameleons that jump through hoops and take on various disguises to avoid calling terrorists terrorists. I remember with grace our heroic soldiers who gave their lives for the permanence of our homeland, the integrity of our state, the independence and future of our nation. I wish a speedy recovery to our wounded soldiers. On behalf of my country and nation, I express my gratitude to all our Mehmetçiks (troops) who serve heroically within and across our borders. I convey my condolences to the families, relatives and comrades-in-arms of our martyrs."
