China sanctions two institutions advocating 'Taiwan independence'

China announced sanctions on two institutions - the Prospect Foundation and the Council of Asian Liberals and Democrats - which used "democracy," "freedom" & "cooperation" as excuses to advance "Taiwan independence" and collude with anti-China forces.
