
Russian Deputy Defence Minister Colonel General Andrei Bulyga holds working meeting on modernisation of Logistical Support system in special military operation zone

Deputy Defence Minister of the Russian Federation Colonel General Andrei Bulyga held a working meeting with representatives of the relevant main military command bodies, Groups of Forces responsible for logistics support in the special military operation zone as well as industry enterprises. During the event, issues of modernising the Logistical Support system were discussed, taking into account the experience of the special military operation.
Colonel General Andrei Bulyga noted that in accordance with the instructions of the Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation logistic support units are constantly adapting to the needs of the troops involved in combat operations, developing the range of means used, including robotic systems, to provide the troops with the necessary supplies.
Particular attention was paid to the creation of a new individual diet system, delivered using FPV drones to servicemen performing combat tasks on the line of contact with the enemy and engaged in assault operations.
On the basis of the results of the meeting, the deputy heads of the Russian Defence Ministry instructed the Russian Defence Ministry to accelerate the conduct of military missions including in the special military operation zone with new and modernised hardware to improve the logistic support system in formations and units that carry out combat missions.
