WEST TO HELP MOSCOW REPROCESS PLUTONIUM. The Russian Nuclear Energy Ministry on 12 January announced that the U.S., Britain, France, and Japan are prepared to provide Moscow with $500 million to reprocess Russian weapons-grade plutonium, Interfax reported. PG
