Blast kills 3 in NW Pakistan

Islamabad, Feb. 29, IRNA -- At least three people including two women were killed and three others wounded on Wednesday in powerful blast in Pakistan’s tribal region, officials said.
Officials said the explosive martial was planted in a vehicle, which exploded by a remote control device in the troubled Khyber Agency.
The injured were shifted to Peshawar where some of them were reported to be in critical condition.
Security forces rushed to the scene soon after the blast occurred and cordoned off whole area for search operation.
No group claimed responsibility for the blast.
The government blames militants for such incidents.
The security forces are engaged in operation against the militants in Khyber agency, also a main supply route for foreign troops in Afghanistan.
