Pakistan government has asked the miscreants, fighting each other in the federally administered tribal areas to surrender.
Talking to journalists here on Friday, Interior Minister Aftab Ahmed Sherpao said that local leaders, Mufti Shakir and Pir Saifur Rehman had left the area, resulting in normalization of the situation.
Bloody clashes erupted between the supporters of these two leaders early this week, resulting in some casualties.
They had set up illegal radio stations, broadcasting programmes that were seen by the government and the people as controversial, media reports reported.
It has been reported in newspapers and also footage shown on television that some tribal areas were now in control of Taliban, who wanted to enforce their own brand of Islamic system.
