QUESTION: What will you discuss about supply chain issues?
SECRETARY BLINKEN: We have a lot to discuss, and about a whole variety of things, but I'm just particularly pleased to have the opportunity to (inaudible) and to go into some greater detail about some of the many issues we're already discussing with the G7, but also where Japan and the United States are working so closely together. So we've got a lot to talk about, but mostly it's a great opportunity to finally connect in person. So great to see you.

FOREIGN MINISTER HAYASHI: (Via interpreter) It is extremely gratifying to be able to meet you in person for the first time, and to be able to do so in Liverpool, the hometown of The Beatles. As you mentioned, we have a lot to discuss, and I look forward to deepening many of the topics that we need to cover today. Thank you.
