• Coalition Fights to Destroy Remaining Fallujah Insurgents AFPS 14 Nov 2004 -- The Iraqi city of Fallujah has been "liberated" by coalition and Iraqi forces who are currently fighting to destroy remaining pockets of insurgents and terrorists in the city, according to Marine Lt. Gen. John Sattler.

• Marines, Seabees Fix Insurgent Handiwork In Lutafiyah MNF-I/MNC-I 14 Nov 2004 -- U.S. Marines and Navy Seabees repaired a a key bridge south of Baghdad Nov. 13 after repeated insurgent attacks left it all but untrafficable to thousands of commuters.
• El Salvadoran Forces' humanitarian projects in the province of Babil MNF-I/MNC-I 14 Nov 2004 -- Since the arrival of the El Salvadoran Battalion to Camp Charlie, located in the city of Al-Hillah, they visited a lot of communities in their area of responsibility to assess problems and coordinate assistance with the local authorities regarding infrastructure problems.

Foreign Reactions

• US/BRITAIN/IRAQ VOA 14 Nov 2004 -- British Prime Minister Tony Blair says coalition forces will not retreat from Iraq, and will remain until it is a true democracy. He spoke in an interview that aired Sunday on U.S. television.
