- Two U.S. Soldiers Killed, Several Injured in Attacks AFPS 19 Sep 2004 -- A car bomb attack late Sept. 18 in Baghdad killed two Task Force Baghdad soldiers and wounded eight more, military officials reported.
- Car bomb kills one Iraqi Armed Forces Soldier, wounds three 1st ID Soldiers, three IAF MNF-I/MNC-I 19 Sep 2004 -- One Iraqi Armed Forces soldier was killed and three 1st Infantry Division and three IAF Soldiers were wounded when anti-Iraqi forces attacked their patrol with a vehicle borne improvised explosive device near Samarra on Sept. 19 at about 3 p.m.
- Explosive device backfires on anti-Iraqi forces MNF-I/MNC-I 19 Sep 2004 -- Iraqi National Guard troops patrolling in the Wasit Province area of the Polish-led Multi-National Division Central South, reported that anti-Iraqi forces blew themselves up as they prepared an Improvised Explosive Device in Suwayra Sept. 19.
