
Fighter crashes in Isfahan, central Iran

Isfahan, IRNA -- An F-7 jet fighter crashed in east of Isfahan, central Iran, killing two people on board, deputy governor of Isfahan for political, security, and social affairs said on Tuesday.
Speaking to IRNA, Mohammad Reza Jan-Nesari said the accident happened near Anarak.
He added that the fighter's mission was training.
He noted that experts are investigating the reason behind the accident.
Pilot Major Qasem Zamani and co-pilot First Lieutenant Mohammad Javad Bai were martyred in the accident.
