Iranian Air Force fighters bombard hypothetical enemy in military drill

TEHRAN (ISNA)- Iranian Army Air Force fighters successfully bombarded the hypothetical enemy in the military drill dubbed 'Muharram' and is underway in western and northwestern Iran.
F-5 and Saegheh fighters started the operations and RF-4 aircrafts were taking images from the military maneuver area.
The Air Defense integrated network was protecting security of the drill area air space.
Also 'Fakkour' system was launched in the drill for the first time.
The system has been designed by experts of Iranian Air Defense and Defense Ministry.
The system is deployed easily and is connected to the decision-making center in the shortest possible time. It transmits the battle scene information to the commanding and control center.
It can also receive the telecommunications drone intelligence and send them to the commanding center.
The Army quick reaction units used light and semi-heavy equipment, including M4 weapon, thermal cameras, moving radars and 40 mm grenade launchers and RPG 29 missiles and started conflicts with the attacking hypothetical enemy and pushed them out of the drill area.
An optical artillery system dubbed Safat was tested in the drill.
