IRNA - Islamic Republic News Agency

Beijing, May 16, IRNA
Iran-Nuclear Package
Iran's proposed package to the so-called Group of G+1 has been offered to Chinese Foreign Ministry officials.

An informed source in Iran's Embassy in Beijing told IRNA Friday that the package had been submitted to the Chinese Foreign Ministry officials by Iran's Ambassador to China Javad Mansouri late Thursday.

Mansoori told IRNA on Friday, "In the package Iran has raised highly important proposals and is highly persistent to implement them."

He hoped that Iran's package would be investigated and taken into consideration carefully and realistically.

If the proposals are implemented, a new positive atmosphere will be created in the regional and international relations, he added.

Mansoori noted that if there is positive will for improvement of conditions, Iran's proposed package will serve as a good stimulus for the purpose.

He added that Iran has in the package looked into developments positively and does not intend to threaten others.

He said Iran's proposed package will secure interests of all.

Iran has times and again announced that its nation's undeniable rights for peaceful use of nuclear energy, including the rights for enrichment and fuel production, are non-negotiable.
