President: Iran to put nuclear know-how at disposal of all nations

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad here on Monday expressed Iran's readiness to put its expertise on peaceful nuclear technology at disposal of all nations within the framework of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) regulations.
Ahmadinejad made the remark in a meeting with Philippine Foreign Minister Alberto Romulo, adding that certain monopolist powers try to introduce nuclear energy as atomic bomb.
The seditious policy of certain nuclear powers possessing nuclear arms is a big lie, the president said, adding that the Islamic Republic of Iran has realized this and resisted pressures of bullying and monopolist powers.
"Iran is to restore the right to acquiring nuclear technology for peaceful purposes to all nations," he added.
According to the Presidential information website, Ahmadinejad noted that the civilian nuclear technology has various and helpful applications in different fields including agriculture, medicine and industry.
Tehran will put its valuable experiences and know-how on nuclear technology at the disposal of other nations, he said, arguing that the Islamic country seeks nuclear energy for interests of all human-beings.
Pointing to the consequences of intervention in internal affairs of other countries by bullying powers, particularly the US, he said that different nations including Iraqi and Lebanese ones are able to establish security and security in their own territories.
Ahmadinejad underlined the rights of all people worldwide to enjoy dignity, peace and security, noting that Iran always tries to safeguard dignity and rights of all nations and human-beings.
Cooperation between independent and friendly countries including Iran and the Philippines will benefit both nations and all other countries, he said, adding that Tehran and Manila can expand mutual relations in various economic, political, cultural and international affairs fields.
Romulo, for his part, underscored that all signatories to the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) are entitled to make use of nuclear energy as an economic and clean energy, saying that the Philippines calls for use of the great achievements of the Islamic Republic of Iran in different fields.
Turning to the important and influential role of Iran in establishing peace and stability worldwide particularly in the Middle East, he added that Manila supports Iran's initiatives to securing peace and security in different parts of the world.
Tehran and Manila can develop bilateral relations in the fields of economy, joint investment, tourism and energy, he added.
He further thanked Iran for making efforts to establish stability and bring welfare to people in the Philippines.
