Former commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Major General Yahya Rahim Safavi said here Wednesday that no country in the world can threaten Iran.

He went on to say that Americans are disgraced in Iraq and the loss of reputation cost them global hatred.
As for Israel, Safavi said Israel has come to the conclusion that being a Muslim is not the only danger to them and what is a danger for them are Shiites and Ashura, the day when the third infallible Imam of Shiites, Imam Hossein (AS) attained martyrdom.
