EP's resolution more realistic: Hosseini

Foreign Ministry spokesman Mohammad-Ali Hosseini said here on Sunday that the recent European Parliament's resolution on Iran is more realistic compared to the previous ones.
Talking to foreign and domestic reporters during his weekly press briefing, he said, "The resolution consists of several positive points."
"Urging certain powers to refrain from making baseless accusations against Iran and inviting them to hold negotiations with Iran are the positive points of the resolution," he added.
The resolution has referred to positive cooperation between Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency, Hosseini said, adding, "It has also emphasized the settlement of Iran's nuclear issue through talks."
Iran-IAEA cooperation continues with its "good process", he said, adding that Tehran has responded to all the questions set forth by the UN nuclear agency so far.
"The cooperation is going on and whenever it accomplished, we will inform people," he said.
