Iran-Hosseini-Press Confab
Foreign Ministry spokesman Mohammad-Ali Hosseini said here on Sunday that there is no consensus among members of the Group 5+1 on issuing a new anti-Iran resolution.

As to Iran-IAEA cooperation, he said despite replacement of the negotiating team, there is no recess in the ongoing cooperation between Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency.

Referring to consultation between Iran and several western states and some members of the Group 5+1, he said the consultations led to non-issuance of a harsh resolution against Iran.

Iran's peaceful nuclear program has legal base and its framework has been determined, Hosseini said.

On Iran-Egypt cooperation, he said the two countries are willing to settle the existing issues.

Hosseini further referred to recent visit to Cairo of Majlis Speaker Gholam-Ali Haddad-Adel, saying the visit took place within the framework of bilateral cooperation.
