2 dead, 15 injured in India's Kolkata blast

Only few days after the serial blasts in Bangalore and Ahmedabad, a bomb blast in Kolkata city, capital of West Bengal state on Sunday evening reportedly killed two persons and injured 15.
The blast took place near a police station in Chittarpur area.
The bomb was kept inside a garbage bin, Zeenews portal reported here.
Earlier in the day, a live bomb was recovered in a bus stand in the Athwaline area. The bomb was successfully defused.
This was the 24th bomb to be recovered in the diamond hub of Gujarat following the Ahmedabad serial blasts.
India's two major cities, Bangalore and Ahmedabad, were rocked by around 25 serial blasts on July 25 and 26. Some 60 people were killed and over 200 others were injured in the blasts.
