DPRK Premier Inspects Several Fields of National Economy

Pyongyang, July 6 (KCNA) -- Kim Jae Ryong, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, member of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and premier of the Cabinet, made a field survey of various fields of national economy.
Making rounds of different places of the Chonsong Youth Coal Mine including mechanic shop and coal miners' dwelling houses under construction, he stressed the need to meticulously organize the management of the coal mine on the basis of a correct economic calculation, make maximum use of internal reserves and pay deep attention to the living of coal miners.
The field consultative meeting urged the relevant units to provide the coal mine with equipment and materials in time and discussed in detail the practical issues of increasing the existing production capacity of the coal mine as early as possible.
Learning about the Pyongyang Pharmaceutical Factory under remodeling construction, he called upon officials and builders to put production processes on a germ-free and dust-free basis, ensure the best quality in construction and complete the project before the set time, being aware of the importance of the project in implementing the Party's policy of public health.
Meanwhile, he also inspected the Haeju Tractor Accessory Parts Factory and the Hungsan Mine. -0-
