Promotion of the re-opening and modernization of February 8 Vinalon Complex
North Korean said the February 8 Vinalon Complex finalized the modernization and started producing vinalon, promoting it as a national big occasion to be a strong and prosperous nation. (Rodong Sinmun, Korean Central Television, Korean Central News Agency on Feb. 11)

Joint Statement of the Ministry of People’s Security and the National Security Agency
North Korea issued the joint statement of the Misistry of People’s Security and the National Security Agency and criticized that the South Korean government is trying to overthrow the North Kroean regime. The North also threatened that it will mobilize all the capability and methods to secure the stability of the nation. Criticism on the South, citing “security issues”
North Korean put all the responsibility of the failure to draw an agreement of inter-Korean working-level talks on the Mt.Geumgang and Gaeseoung tours onto the South. Meanwhile, the North continuously criticized the South for referring to “security and North Korean regime.”
