Choe Thae Bok Meets CPC Delegation

Pyongyang, January 22 (KCNA) -- Choe Thae Bok, secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Thursday met and had a friendly talk with the delegation of the International Liaison Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China led by its Head Wang Jiarui.
The head of the delegation said that this year marks the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the DPRK. The friendly relations between the two parties and the two countries of China and the DPRK provided by the revolutionaries of the elder generation are steadily growing stronger under the deep care of General-Secretary Hu Jintao and General Secretary Kim Jong Il, he noted.
He mentioned that the Chinese party and government are grateful to the party and government of the DPRK for having extended support and encouragement to various events held in China last year.
