Anniversary of Kim Jong Il's Work Marked

   Pyongyang, August 2 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun today dedicates an article to the 32nd anniversary of Kim Jong Il's famous work in which he called for dynamically pushing ahead with the drive to model the whole society on the Juche idea through the radical improvement of the Party work. Kim Jong Il in his work published on August 2, Juche 63 (1974) put forward the unique Party-building policy of modeling the whole Party on the Juche idea. He clarified all the principled issues arising in building the Juche-oriented party ranging from the issue of more thoroughly establishing the monolithic ideological system of the Party and consolidating the Party and the revolutionary ranks politically and ideologically to the issue of strengthening the Party's guidance to the socialist economic construction and improving the Party's work system and methods.
    The work provided a guiding principle for strengthening and developing the Workers' Party of Korea to be the party of President Kim Il Sung and carrying forward and accomplishing the revolutionary cause of Juche, the article says, and goes on:
    The implementation of the policy of modeling the whole Party on the Juche idea brought about an unprecedented turn in our Party building.
    Steel-strong discipline and order whereby the Party members breathe and act according to the idea of the leader were thoroughly established in the whole Party and the building of the Party's organizational and ideological foundation for carrying forward and accomplishing the revolutionary cause of Juche was successfully completed.
    Our Party that has grown strong under the banner of Songun is demonstrating its dignity as the vanguard ranks which achieved the perfect unity of the Party, the army and the people.
    Our party is demonstrating its might as an invincible guiding force steadily pushing ahead with the building of a great prosperous powerful socialist nation under the banner of Songun.
    It is the undying feat of Kim Jong Il that he opened a new chapter of building the party of the leader by putting forward the programme for modeling the whole Party on the Juche idea and strengthened and developed it to be an ever-victorious party by providing guidelines for party building in the era of Songun, the article concludes.
